21 • Ebony Boat Club White Party, The Ebony Boat Club (EBC) cordially invites you to cruise into their downtown Stockton clubhouse via sea or land. All events are held at the EBC Clubhouse located in the Downtown Stockton Marina at 705 West Weber Avenue. The White Party is just like the name implies; you are requested to wear all white garb. It is cool and fun to see everyone dressed in the same color but with styles open to interpretation. This event is to support the Ebony Youth Foundation.
