Pat became a Realtor after a 20-year career in International Shipping. During the past 20 years Pat has established an outstanding track record for client satisfaction. Her dedication to client service - both for buyers and sellers - is the key to her success. As a fourth generation East Bay resident (the second generation born in Berkeley), Pat and her family have watched the cities and towns of Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Joaquin Counties grow and prosper. She knows the neighborhoods of the East Bay,, the Lodi Wine Country & Stockton. As a specialist in relocation, Pat has helped dozens of families make the move into and out of one of the most competitive housing markets in the world. She is designated a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, an e Pro & belongs to the Women’s Council of Northern San Joaquin. Pat holds a B.A. in Anthropology from University California Berkeley. During her mythical spare time Pat is involved in the Stockton Yacht Club, the Native Daughters of the Golden West, Joaquin Parlor #5, the Berkeley Yacht Club (where she is a past Director & past Secretary of the Board), PICYA (2017-2018 director)UC Alumni events, her boat (she holds a 100 Ton U.S Coast Guard Master's License), her classic MG sports car, (MG Owner's Club past president) and her two retired racing Greyhounds.
